General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern sales concluded between MAXGAME, operated byElegance Global Management Ltd, a company under Cypriot law registered under number HE491246, whose registered office is located at Dimou Irodotou 20, 4815 Limassol, Cyprus, intra-community VAT CY60349645P (hereinafter “the Seller”), and any person making a purchase on the store (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

MAXGAME markets exclusively digital products: video game activation keys (PC, PlayStation, Xbox), gift cards, subscriptions and virtual currencies. The essential characteristics (platform, activation region, edition) are indicated on each product sheet. The visuals are non-contractual.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the product is invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation of the order.

Article 4 – Order and payment

Payment is made online using the means offered at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). The order is only final after confirmation of payment. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a previous payment dispute.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery is made electronically (e-mail and confirmation page), in principle within a few seconds after payment. For pre-orders, the key is delivered no later than the day of the official release. See our Delivery Policy.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code (and the equivalent provisions of European directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided immediately, with the Customer's express agreement and express waiver of this right, given upon validation of the order. Unrevealed keys remain refundable according to our Refund Policy.

Article 7 – Guarantees

The Seller guarantees the validity of the keys sold. In the event of an invalid or already used key, the Customer benefits from a replacement or a refund (see Refund Policy). The legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in force in the consumer's country of residence apply.

Article 8 – Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for malfunctions attributable to third-party platforms (Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, etc.), nor for the use of the Customer's accounts on these platforms.

Article 11 – Mediation and litigation

The consumer Customer can use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers benefit from the mandatory protection provisions of their country of residence; in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable European regulations.
