Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on MAXGAME (digital products: game keys, gift cards, virtual currencies).
1. Nature of the products
Our products are digital content provided immediately after payment, without material support. In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code,the 14-day right of withdrawal does not applyas soon as the execution has started after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal - which you accept at the time of validation of the order.
2. Unrevealed key
If your key does not havenot yet revealed/consulted, you can request cancellation and full refund of your order within 14 days, by contacting support.
3. Invalid or defective key
If a key is invalid, already used or incompatible with the platform indicated on the product sheet, we undertake, after verification by our support, to:
- provide you with areplacement keyas soon as possible; or
- yourefund in fullif no replacement is possible.
Please provide a screenshot of the error message when requesting.
4. Excluded cases
- Key already activated on an account.
- Platform or region error attributable to the customer even though the information appeared clearly on the product sheet.
- Gift cards and top-ups already credited.
5. Procedure
Contact our support 7 days a week (contact details in the legal notices) with your order number. Response within 24 hours. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
