Delivery policy

MAXGAME mainly markets digital products.No delivery fees are charged for digital products.

1. Digital Products

Activation keys, gift card codes and virtual currency top-ups are sentfree by emailto the address indicated when ordering, as well as on the order confirmation page.

• Products available:generally dispatched within seconds and at the latest within 15 minutes following payment validation.
• Digital pre-orders:the key is sent no later than the day of the official release of the game.
• Anti-fraud verification:In rare cases, an order may be held for a few hours for verification. The customer is informed by e-mail.

2. GTA VI – physical edition

Grand Theft Auto VI is the only product also offered in physical edition. Variants clearly indicated“Physics”benefit from thefree delivery. Delivery is scheduled from05/11/2026.

The variants indicated“Digital”remain dematerialized products sent by e-mail, without delivery costs.

3. Failure to receive a key

If the key is not received, check the spam folder, then contact our support 7 days a week at the address indicated in our legal notices. Response within 24 hours.

4. Delivery area

Digital delivery is available subject to regional restrictions indicated on each product sheet. Free physical delivery of GTA VI is currently offered in Belgium.
